Planning & Development
Planning, often overlooked by many, is as important as every other aspect of importation. It is an aspect you want to get right before you proceed. What do you want? How do you want it? We walk you through this process to create a Product Specification Sheet, a RFQ and do Product Validation so that you are completely aware of how the finished products will exactly look like. This is to ensure that you and the manufacturer are fully on the same page about your expectations for the finished products. We carry you along in every stage to make sure that you are fully understood by the manufacturer and all costs are made known to you to help decide on the quantity and the best plan to choose.
Processing & Production
We have established a production control system, incorporating a production system with our abundant workforce to allow for the creation of high-quality merchandise. A lot of problems and defects with finished products are usually avoidable with proper inspection by competent personnel before production. We visit the factory, meet with its management, double-check its facilities, and inspect all equipment. We negotiate in your behalf to finalize the details of production. We then sit down and negotiate with the factory to finalize the details. While visiting the factory we complete a full and detailed factory audit and deliver a report to you.
Inspection
We are involved in all aspects of inspections: pre-production inspection, during production inspection, pre-shipment inspection, and container loading/unloading inspections. Before we ship your products to you, we check every detail and communicate you to ensure that you get what you chose during the planning and production stage.
